   - Our delivery agent will schedule a pickup at your convenience. Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging.

  

3. **Collection of Parcel:**

   - Our delivery agent will come to your location to collect the parcel. Please hand over the item along with any original packaging, tags, and accessories.

 

4. **Refund Processing:**

   - Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within [insert time frame, e.g., 5-7 business days].

  Size-Related Returns or Exchanges
We recommend consulting our size guide before purchasing to minimize size-related issues. However, if a size mismatch occurs, the following conditions apply:

These costs include shipping fees, handling charges, and any applicable restocking fees.

Exchanges:
